Can I cancel a request?

Yes! Request can be canceled until they are moved into the for review stage. Please be mindful that we will start working on your request no more than 24hrs after its submitted so we appreciate cancelations as soon as possible.
To cancel your request all you have to do is click the Cancel Request button.
Once you click on Cancel Request a pop up will appear. Let us know why you would like to cancel and click Yes, Cancel My Request.
After you've confirmed your request cancelation it will no longer appear in your In progress section.
